I did try to go without meds for a long time and was in denial that I even had depression. Once I got on the Zoloft and it had a chance to get into my system I did feel a major difference and actually started to have a little more energy each day. I know that meds aren't for everyone and they have to find what works for them. For me however Zoloft has been a God send.

Thank you for stopping by feel free to come back and say Hi once in awhile. I do have a contact form that you can use to do just that as well.

Have a great day!

I love this list. Thank you so much for sharing Joe. I'm not sure about the Zoloft one. I would replace that one with - listen to a song or piece of music I love everyday. It makes me feel great and puts me in a good mood.
